The Tri State Rhythm and Rib Fest is held at the Putnam County Fairgrounds in Ottawa, Ohio 45875. Ottawa is approximately 23 miles west of Findlay on St. Rt. 224 and 26 miles North of Lima on St. Rt. 65. The fairgrounds is located on the east side of Ottawa.
